one of the anomalies it rotates backwards and slow.
I think its own force of rotation battles another one.

think sun as having an invisible saturn ring
emitting a super infra sound, very slow. with standing waves planetary size.
usually planets are in a "LANE" favorable to their rotation.

Venus BH maybe recently grabbed something else and jumped to some LANE where its black hole, or any other black hole was sitted, so there is the rotation force (coming from inside its own electromagnet stator) battles another contrary force and rotation is the result of this two vectors.

it is like suddenly reverse the rotation of a FAN. it will decrease speed, almost stop, reverse and start slowly rotating backwards.

My guess is it will stop and be back rotating normally while changing lanes again. it is transition time and both movements are related.
