all that is, is tilted. if a plane (disk) is totally orthogonal to view it is not visible so it isnt.

Earth equatorial plane is tilted related to sun
saturn rings
solar system is tilted to Alcyone
we are tilted to Milky way so we can see it.
Milky way is tilted to the universe (it is a celestial body)

it is a little tilt. tilted enough we can see its there, but we want to see what is behind (like that giant BH) so it shows something, not all, enough to ignite our curiosity and drive to see more. much like a strip tease show.
